i think there shouldn't be any generalizations made k?.....differentiate between the leaders and its people, willya?....dont assume every single one of us agrees with what our country's decision-makers do, or that we're all alike.....would you wanna be judged based on your President or Prime Minister if you didn't feel they reflected you correctly?

DL has a point. Might not like it much, but the fact is: The world is held together by the US. We are always there to help other countries. Our win/lose record of war is pretty damn impresive. As for not hearing about some of the stuff in other countries: the media.

I bet he's in a tank. I could picture him behind the sights of one of those giant cannons, smiling, yelling "remember the towers" as he blows those Taliban bastards to hell.

In reality I bet he is terrified of what is coming and I hope he keeps his head down when the shooting starts, but I don't know who I pitty more.

If I wasn't married I probably would have joined on 9/12. I don't want to die or kill, but I feel like I should be doing more then I am. People have already asked me what I would do if they brought back the draft. I scare most of them when I say "If I am called I will go, but I hope it wont come to that." It scared them because most of them were joking of ways to keep themselves or their children out of the military, but I take things like that seriously.

I almost said that I hope he dosen't end up on the front line, but hell, I'm already on the "front line" in this war, so who am I to talk.

I doubt rev will be on the front lines or anything like that. He joined way before any of the terrorist stuff went down. He said he was going for photo journalism.

Nobody has heard from him since he left (about a couple months ago).
